About the course
A riverside resort complex on the Red River developed by Hung Yen Investment and Development Group JSC (85% owned by Kinh Bac City, KBC) under a Trump brand licence, covering about 990 ha with investment of over VND 40,000 billion (about US$1.5 billion) and a planned 54 holes of golf. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on 21 May 2025; phase-1 land clearance was largely complete by September 2026 and it is not yet open.
