An 18-hole project by Korean-owned MDA G&C Co., Ltd. on about 54 ha, with investment of over VND 387 billion; it is one of 13 golf courses in Thai Nguyen's 2021–2030 provincial plan. The first nine holes have been open for play since September 2025, with the remaining holes still being built.
