About the course
A coastal project by Hoang Huy Infrastructure and Urban Development JSC on 110 ha, planned with 27 holes, two practice ranges, a 4-star hotel and about 150 low-rise holiday homes, at a cost of about VND 2,150 billion. It broke ground on 28 June 2025 with a 30-month build, targeting operation in early 2028.
