Sapa Grand Golf Course

Sa Pa Grand Golf Course is located along the Red River bank in Ban Vược Commune, Bát Xát District, Lào Cai Province—about 30 km from Sa Pa town. Designed by Pacific Coast Design and opened in 2024, this 18-hole, par-71 course stretches 6,656 yards and sits above 1,600 meters above sea level, making it the highest-altitude golf course in Vietnam.

1. Overview & History
Born from the Sa Pa highland tourism development project, Sa Pa Grand Golf Course quickly drew domestic and international golfers with its year-round cool climate and pristine mountain scenery.

2. Design & Scenery
The layout harnesses the hilly terrain, with fairways winding through pine forests and valleys, interspersed with white sand bunkers and natural water hazards fed by the Red River.

3. Turf Quality & Maintenance
Greens use Bentgrass and fairways use Platinum Paspalum, all maintained to USGA standards with an automated irrigation system and a dedicated turf-care team.

4. Facilities & Services
